Yes, you can choose how alerts reach you. Notifications are sent through Email and WhatsApp by default, ensuring real-time delivery. 

You have the option to customize all notifications while creating an alert. Click on the configure button below to manage notifications.

You can even configure them through the Profile dropdown at the top-right corner of your screen and then select Manage Notifications.
